Las Terrenas Living provides concierge, property management, and relocation services in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Property management and maintenance
• Concierge and lifestyle services
• Relocation assistance
• Travel planning and coordination
• Real estate advisory (referral only)

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Service Requests & Payments

All service requests are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment terms vary by service:

• Property management fees are billed monthly in advance
• Concierge services may require advance payment or deposit
• Third-party costs (e.g., vendors, reservations) are passed through at cost

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type. Generally:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur partial charges
• No-shows are charged in full
• Third-party bookings are subject to the vendor's cancellation policy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Las Terrenas Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Any third-party conduct or content
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Las Terrenas Living or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm any staff member or third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Provide false information in service requests

Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party vendors (restaurants, activity providers, contractors). We coordinate these services on your behalf but are not responsible for the performance, quality, or conduct of third parties. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the vendor.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Dominican Republic.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
